What was the most memorable birthday you have had?

My most memorable birthday was my 18th bday. here in our country, 18th bday or debut as we call it, is supposed to be the most special one for a girl.it signifies that the girl is now formally a lady and ready to face the world as an adult.Although my 18th birthday was not spent in a hotel or in a big celebration, it was the most memorable one for me because i was in the mall that time with my group of friends. Then i was surprised when a band was playing in the middle of mall, and they were singing happy birthday for me! then 18 people(whom i dont know) came to me one by one, and gave me a red rose. I was so happy and touched that my friends would surprise me with something like that. How about you? Can you share with me your most memorable birthday celebration?

Glad to hear how special yours was. For me, it was my 40th. I had never had birthday celebration untill then. Reason? It was just another day to me. Not even in childhood. Why make a fuss? Boy! Was I missing out or what? My special day went like this: Biggest breakfast I ever saw, Out for coffee and met up with folks I had not seen in years. As I love to fly, they bought me 4 hours air time in a Cessna 182. If only I was born with wings! After my flight, the crew took me out to lunch. More good food. Next it was the local amusemesnt park, which was not open yet for the season. Had a very fast and thrilling Go-Cart race. The owner has special cars at the track that are not restricted to the normal 7 miles per hour. These were fast. My big day ended, lovingly, with my wife, my 2 daughters and our dog. Yes, it was the best. Thankyou for letting me share.

birthdays is just another way of celebrating your birth, and it is fun at first when you were a kid and that every year you wait for your birthdays to come. but as you grow older, sometimes birthdays is just another day for you. it only gets special when you spend it with someone special. but then again, you lose the purpose of birthdays. birthday is just another way of saying thank you to god for giving us another year of life. it that simple. its another chance for you to do the things you failed to do and now you get another chance to do it. carpe diem!

THREE BIRTHDAY TIE! 16- The Eatons Centre in Guelph was going to close and everything was on sale, My grandfather bought me the entire candy department! 22- My grandmother had just passed away, and I needed to get out of town for a while. I went to Toronto and my friends threw me a party. No one at home was in the mood to celebrate, but my friends thought I should have a party. I know it would have broken my grandmother's heart if I didn't have a birthday party. 25- I'm actually going to turn 25 in less than 2 weeks, on the 30th. The reason why I know it will be memorable is that there's a very good possibility that my grandfather (the one who bought me all the candy) won't live to see my 26th.

mine what my 15th...as soon as i came to school my friends surprised me with a home made birthday cake and a few presents. after blowing out the candles we got into a little cake fight before school, which wasn't good because i had a presentation 1st period. those were just happy times. come to think, it was the few times all my friends rememberd my birthday, although i didn't like getting caked. it was even more special then my sweet 16 which was just me, my mom and my dad in the hospital because he was sick that year.

My most memorable birthday was when i was seven. I had just opened all my presnets and finished my cake. ( we lived in Amarillo,TX) My dad was outside BBQ'ing my requested birtday dinner. Yummy rabbit that we had raised ourselves. It was very stormy outside but he was good at using the bbqer. then the tornado warning went off. My dad yelled at my mother to get me and my siter to the basement. ( stayed outside to finish the BBQ. LOL) when we got to the basement i started crying and begging for my sister to go get my barbie. Everything turned out well.
