Slimming Tips for Women who are "Chubby"?

Well I know how to do it... but following my own advice is not so easy. 1. Eat less sugar and more protein 2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water every day 3. Go out and walk or get some form of exercise everyday 4. Get 8-10 hours of sleep every night Good Luck!!!
