try the sq3r method. I learned about when getting my masters degree in education. here is a website http://www.studygs.net/texred2.htm basically it stands for Survey Question Read Recite Review. Good luck.

it would only be improved by reading,the more u read the more u improve.... just keep reading... all the best......
