Which Job site you like most? What do you think which site gives good job opportunities. I use Naukri and Timesjobs

They will post ONE resume for many jobs. You need to tailor your resume to each job you want. Stuff like that doesn't work. Unfortunately, you have to take control of the job search yourself. I use monster.com and careerbuilder.com. Monster is really effective.
