What is the best buko pie here? Is it the Original Buko Pie, Letty's oR Collete's. I already tasted the former and it's perfect match with a bottle of ice cold coke.

If its saleability around Los BaƱos (LB) area, then the top selling buko pie is "Original's" followed by Letty's, then probably Collette's or Mitz'.
Original's = most popular because it has more buko fillings; it is the oldest among the three and thus has more customers. Vacationists from Manila and other areas always line up to Original's, which has only one stall in LB yet attracts the most number of customers.
Letty's = popular for its unique-tasting crust; it has a stall in SM too.
Collette's = has many stalls/branches nationwide that's why it is also popular
Mitz' = few customers in LB area only but still surviving for many years
A trivia bit: In Bagabag, Nueva Viscaya, the most popular buko pie is made by G&B; all buses going to and from Cagayan Valley stop by the G&B stall to buy 3 boxes of their buko pie for 120 pesos. The pie is small and thin compared to those in Laguna; it has only small amount of buko fillings but it's creamy (I think they put condensed milk in it).

Collete's so filled with buko...so delicious, so fresh and so sweet. But I recently tasted buko pies by Letty's and I figured out that it's much more delicious than all those I have tasted.

I haven't heard of Letty's yet. I've tried Collete's though, and it's so delicious and very tasty.

Colletes is too sweet. I don't remember if I had tasted Letty's. I must have. But I don't really go for the name. One thing that keeps me from buying Collete's is that it's too sweet. I like buko pies that are just right for my taste. By the way, I miss buko pie so much. Can you please email me some here in Bangkok? LOL! just kidding. I'm dying to have one. Just can't wait till I get home. Mabuhay ang buko pie!!
