Yes, chat is very much useful, well at least to me. It's a source of communication for me and not only my friends but also my colleagues. We get to strengthen our relationship as well as solve our problems.

In my opion chatting is really good unless you have it in your free time. Through chatting we can know about different nations, behaviour, attitude, culture, and the way they think. We can get knowledeable through it too. The excess of everything is bad so if you have chatting for long times, it can harm your social life, and health.
