Do you have a thick book?

Well, I have Perry's Chemical Engineers' Handbook. I usually used it during chem engr board exam. I think nursing students have thick books too.

I have a Danish-English dictionary around here that is very thick. I also have an English disctionary that a friend of mine gave me one year, that is even thicker than a phone book.

Many of us have thick books. I have a few in my house because I simply prefer to read a hard cover book instead of a paperback. I don't know why the number of pages in a book would make a difference, its the content that matters.
