"Freewill vs Predestination". I am confused.

I am believer of Jesus Christ, and read the bible daily, but I am a little confused about how "freewill and predestination" are in co-ordination. I mean if man's life is predestinated then how can it be said that he still acts according to the free-will that he has. Plus what is the idea regarding these thing in other religion.

A man has a destiny but to reach there usually there are more than one way. It is at the persons will which path he or she takes to reach the destiny. Those who surrender unto him he takes them to their destiny.
