How does it feel to be the President of a state or country?

Most of the citizens in any country are pointing a direct finger to the president whenever some mistakes have been committed or some tasks were not accurately fulfilled by the government. This is what I've observed nowadays especially in my own country. If the president would have to gather all of the complaints against him, he would be drowned in it. But what if, we're given a chance to be the president, what could we possibly do? Do you think it would be very easy because everything is in your hands? Do you think that your country could breath easier having you as its president?
