What would be the best solution to end up the corruption?

everywhere there is a corruption, im wondering what is the best solution to this?

i will appreciate your interest over the prevention of corruption.. i have a solution but i dont think it will be a best solution.. all politicians should have a degree qualification and alll should work for one year probationary period and if they satisfied then only he should allow to rule.. and the age limit should be below 40 years only and more youngsters should allow to be a politicians... then it may get a solution for the corruption.

do u mean educated people wont be engaged in corruption?
of course its always better to have educated people as politicians than illiterates but it will not solve our problem.
govt should severly punish people who practice corruption so that others will fear doing it even in their dreams.

govt should severely severely punish the one who is engaged in corruption. the punishment should be such that others should fear doing it even in their dreams.
but pratically speaking it really very difficult to end corruption in an country which is already deadly infested with corruption.
