WHAT YOU NEED:
1(7 Ounce) package Archer Farms..baby spinach salad
1 cup Del Monte grapefruit sections
1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup Salad Pizazz! cherry cranberry penano(found near the bagged salads)
6 tablespoons Archer Farms citrus orange dressing
WHAT YOU DO:
1. On individual serving plates, divide spinach evenly.
2. Top with grapefruit, onion and Salad Pizzazz, then drizzle with dressing.
