Good honeymoon spots in India

My fiance and I are looking for some nice place to spend a few days after we get married in the end of May this year.
We were thinking of a hill-station - prefer it to a beach as it will be quite hot during that time. We'd like to spend about 5 days and would like the place not to be crowded or dirty.
Would also prefer it to be in South India as that will help cut travel time and lugging around luggage.
Do any of you have suggestions, experiences, websites or thoughts about where we should go.

Congrats in advance for ur marriage...there are lots of holiday and honeymoon spots in India.
In South of India you have:
1. Kerala- In kerala , you have the beautiful backwaters of the arabian sea, house boats, wildlife is amazing.
2. TamilNadu- In TN we have the two beutiful hill stations Ooty and Kodaikanal.
When u come to the west, there is Goa, the place to visit if u are in India. Its got amazing beaches and beautiful people.
