WHAT would be a best Choice to BUy!? a Condominium HOUSE or real HOUSE?im confuse many people would prefer to have their own condo unit than own their own house. thinking of the price of a condominium can also buy you a house and lot. for you what would be a best choice?

It depends on your intentions. If it is for living with your family, my 1st choice would be a house and lot.There are instances a condo with be better, for example, If you are single or newly wed. Another reason to buy condos than a house is ease of maintenance but you have to pay some dues for the building. On the negative side, one reason I don't like condos is the parking. Most have 1 slot per unit and you have to buy the slot also. With a house, the parking is free.
