Question for myLot about Photos and Celebs

Okay I have a major concern about this, not because of any one else, this is a personal issue for me. It states that we can only upload photo's that are created by us and we own copy write. Yet if I want to upload a photograph of a Celebrity or something Famous like a building such as the Tower of London, who owns the copywrite, well I don't own it so how does MyLot deal with this? Is it like most web sites, forums, we just post them and no one claims the money because we do not own the copywrite or do we still get a percentage because we posted the image. Sorry if I have confused you its very simple really How can I post photographs of Celebrities without breaking myLot or copy write law?
