Free Dating Sites... Anyone care to share their experience?

I have a friend (no, not me) who invested many hours and lots of money dating at eharmony. The long and short of it was that she noticed lots of patterns with the guys that they suggested for her. She went in under another name and answered all the questions differently EXCEPT the dealbreakers at the end... Smokers, Drinkers, etc. She got the exact same guys in her email box. Hmmm. Ok, I also know someone who's very hapy with her 4 year relationship which began on eharmony.
Me? I'm at least not wanting to spend all that much money and time... Where are the free sites? In fact, where are the free men? Also, I know most of you on mylot are younger, but for those of you that are not, anyone know of any (groan...) senior sites?

I'm not too aware of online dating sites because you never know who you are going to met. I would rather find my love the old fashion way.

well am not really aware of any such sites though you can search for many though i must warn you that they are unreliable though am into a relationship wth my gf for 4 yrs and tat was via net!
