Heart Problem

I had 3 blocks in my heart for which undergone Bypass surgery 4years ago.I was advised to walk atleast 4 kilometers everyday,but i could not do it. Will this cause any problems to me. Now days when i walk little fast i am feeling hard and uneasy for a brief movement. Can you tell me some encouraging remedies.

I had seen a friend of mine who having the same problems was now fully recover by using the chinese methods of medications together with some supplements been applied. according to your descriptions here I think it might be good if you go for medical check again as it seem that the block had start again.

Have you considered Yoga? I kow that in the States there are hospitals who have intregated yoga in their recovery program for heart surgery. See the book Dr. Yoga by Nirmala Heriza.
