Lip Stick??? veg or non-veg?????

The Lip stick which people use are prepared from scales of fish itseems, so how do u consider it vegetarian or non vegetarian???
does the usage mean that u dont have concenr over animals????

honesty saying i never be bother its manufacturing . i just like Lip stick.
lots of things is made by animal skin, scale, bones etc. but it doesn't means that myself not have concern over animals .
