To the Top Referrers - How Do You Do It?

This question is for anyone who has made it to the top referrers list before. What are you doing, and how are you doing it? I mean, I'm not completely ignorant to how one would build a referral base, but I guess that what I am really asking is what works and what doesn't? Who tends to respond with action and who doesn't? Does it take 7 exposures, or are people just coming on board? Is there a niche for myLot referrals? If you are willing to share, please do. I.C. Jackson
