How do jobs excpect you to have experience if they dont give you a chance!

I have been doing hair for 10 years and I have not much experience in clerical and secretarial.I have no job at the time and we really need me to work! well Im not sure does any body have any suggestions?

yes it always happens. Its very difficult to get into any job (try any means you can to get in) but once you are there and if you are in the right company with the right manager it works out ok after that. When I started I used to think the same way but now as I have gained experience I can see why companies do what they do. To companies employees are just numbers and they want to hire those who can get maximum in reutrn for them .. hence they look for experienced people.
