What are some movies that just made jaws drop? I think movies like Shinlers List, Titanic, American History X, World Trade Center etc. what you think?

I think some of the ones you named are. I also think that The Passion of the Christ was pretty controversial.

Kids. Crazy film but I think its right on for a cautionary tale for parents and teens. I know I've done a lot of those things as a kid that they do in the film. Its power is that its fact and not opinion.

I don't know much about which movies have made it to a controversial releases, as I don't read newspaper I don't get to know about movies which get in to controversies. I do watch movie, but I don't hear movie related news ...
