Hi I would like to know your opinion about sauna's do you own one and if so what are the benefits of using it as I am thinking about buying one but not sure of what one I would buy??

No I have never been in one and would definatly not go in one now as it would stop my Breathing I have to have a Shower as I can't sit in a Bath I can't breathe but I love and prefer Showers lol so that does not bother me
I have heard People say though that a Sauna always makes them feel good

I personally don't own a sauna I live in a sauna in the summer (florida) lol I prefer a jauzzi for my acheing muscles ,its very relaxing to me.
