What are your best diet ideas?

            In todays society, weight loss is an epidemic it seems. To me, instead of starving yourself, or eating pre-made meals, I  honestly think that exercise is the best diet. What are your thoughts on dieting? Your best diet ideas please....

                    it's never right to starve yourself because you want to lose weight. it's always better to do it the healthier way.
when i am gaining weight, i always do sit ups in the morning and in the afternoon. i eat a lot of fruits and i drink plenty of lukewarm water. no sodas for me when dieting. but i don't starve myself. i still eat sweets a lot. exercise will keep my body fit.

                    you dont have to starve yourself you just have to eat better healthier foods and eat smaller portions of the "bad" foods. Drinking a lot of water also helps you to lose weight and feel fuller. Ive lost 12 lbs since January 1st, I just keep me calories around 1500, lots of fruits and veggies, portion control, low fat/low carb, lots of water and exercising! Everything helps!
