They say that imitaion is the sincerest form of flattery What do you think? Is it just down right irritating or do you like it when others want to be like you in the way they act or dress.

My friends say I have the patience of a saint. They wish they had the same quality. We always wish we could look different, act different or have more money, etc. We need to be more accepting of who we are and love ourselves.

Gee, if there is someone who desires to be 25 pounds overweight, have snow-white skin that doesn't tan, be covered in freckles, have red hair that is going grey, wear pants that always drag the ground due to being so short, and have bright red cheeks and nose from rosacea; then for God sakes, I'd be flattered! But I have a great self-esteem! *wink*

There can be character traits that people want that you have. Sometimes it's the sense of humour or socialising ability/networking skills, or just not giving a damn. So I guess there is something in everybody that somebody else would want to have. Grass is always greener on the other side. Aspire to be better, don't be jealous, that's what I like to believe in.
