Do you think David Conrad (Dadndaves & 12by12Daily) was an Honest Admin ?

Having been in Autosurf programs for sometime,I observed the way sites come and go and the way admins of bad characters scam their members . i made money in some and lost in some too ,however there were few admins that had some respect in the surf arena,but then their sites later went down just like others ,does this realy mean that they were same like others ,or should we take it that circumstances beyond their control brought down their sites ? i would like you guys to discuss about David Conrad, the admin of two well know and respected sites (Dadndaves and 12by12Daily) do you think he was actualy scammer like most other admin or do think he was an honest admin ?
