Cell phones in the doctor's office?

I noticed a sign in the doctor's office the other day. It says," Please be curteous and turn off your cell phone before being seen" I thought this was a great sign, because I wouldn't want my doc being late to see me because he had to wait for some patient to finish their phone call. I can't imagine engaging your doc in some serious conversationa and right as he is going to give you a diagnosis, you say,"Hang on a sec, I gotta take this." I here this happens quite a bit. What do y'all think?
