I'm looking for a sample of a rental proposal that I can present to a Commercial Realtor for consideration. The space is retail and the business operated in the space will be service oriented. Thank You

I'm not sure exactly what you're looking for. Are you looking to rent a specific office in a particular lot? If so, you do not require a proposal of any kind. All you must do is contact the realtor and request information regarding the space to be rented. The only things you really need proposals for are: 1) building proposals for the contraction of building construction and 2) business proposals for loans from the bank (after you've acquired a rental office/business property.) Those are the only two proposals that I can think might be somewhat relevant to what you asked for. But a rental proposal is not something that realtor's require in order to rent a property. Does that help?
