I think it is the same from her side too. She too seems to be interested in me. Is it incorrect to fall for a niece who is 25 years younger to yourself. And would it be correct to indulge in an intimate relationship with her. I am not married.

its not about the age that matters in your situation but i dont mean to offend you on this... but haleer its your neice as in neice. I bet you realized that. I believe its normal to have a crush, its like appreciating someone but thinking something like that intimate. i think its just a only a lust. Find yourself a girlfriend and do not put yourself into complicated one and wherein you can create sin in your mind and in act. The devil is just around you friend, dont be tempted and be fooled.

She's your niece by blood or not and the age thing that depends on the age you are and she is. If shes a teenager she dosnt know any better and likes the attention your giving to her.

Don't you feel that teenagers are pretty much mentally matured these days and at times very well read as compared to what we were when we are teenager. The media, internet and cable TV had brought in a while change in our outlook. I doubt if its simply the attention that attracts her.

Personally, I think that is wrong. She is part of your family, which is considered incest, and depending on her age, it could also be considered child molestation/child rape. Because she is part of your family and because you are so much older than her, yes, I believe it is wrong.

A niece is not a true blood relationships like brother or a sister. Its very similar to the first cousin. Marriages between first cousins do exist.
