keeping fit

Is there anyone eles out there like me.. I can start a diet and keep fit rota and stick to it for months i lose weight and feel fantastic about myself..BUT then i start to slope down hill with it all and cant be bothered..I just wonder why is this and do u lot ever go through this like yoyo system...

I am the very same. Even now I have lost 7lbs since the beginning of the year, but I had a bar of chocolate and some cookies today and didn't do any exercise to make up for eating them.

yeh that defo me, not burning calories off when i should, or cant be bothered..How have u lost ur 7lb..luv minniemee

I do the same thing.....I dont really know why though, maybe just bored? or sometimes for me its like i say to myself oh i will eat this and then start over tomorrow...for me its like a cycle I just feel like theres always another time to start so i just go down hill.

yep. i am always like that. when i feel like i am gaining weight, i do some exercises and do some dieting stuff like eat healthier and avoid sodas. but when i am already feeling better, i get lazy about working out and started to drink loads of sodas again. well, the good thing is that, we always try to get back in shape whenever we feel like we're getting uglier.
