I just got a new cat and

The first thing you should do is take him to the vet to see if ther is something wrong with him. If not, try taking moist food out of his diet for about a week and see if that helps. then change brands of dry cat food you use, since every one has a different formula. and never feed him tablescraps or milk

My dogs do that when I feed them regular food. Try just giving it cat food. Aso has it been checked for worms?

You'll have to try changing his food until you find one that doesn't make him stink. If you give him treats and wet food that could be the source of the problem also.

Has he been dewormed? and liek someone said I would take him to the vet to have him checked to make sure nothing is wrong with him. Cats that pass alot of gas often times can suffer from IBD, I have three who have this bowel disease and they do tend to have alot of gas.

Heh that's an awesome cat! Anyway, I dunno, he's eating in a lot of air with his food...but then again, cats don't drink fizzy drinks.. Try just giving the cat a little to eat and drink, THEN see what happens..
