What is with these people who just bash the judges. I read a post about how "mean" Jewel was on the first episode this season. How many of you think she was just TELLING THE TRUTH to some of these guys. They are saying the things we're thinking. And then they go outside saying how Simon doesn't know crap and all that stuff...and I'm sitting there going....HE KNOWS MORE THEN YOU!!! I'm thinking "can you hear yourself??" I'm not one to put down dreams, but you should be your own worst critic. Meaning you SHOULD know if you sound good or bad. I know there are some good ones that don't make it, but its more of, they're not ready or their style isn't right for the show. After all the other idols, people should know by now that they have to be GREAT to make it to the finals this year. So people, Simon and the other judges have been there, done that...trust what they say and if they tell you NO, SORRY...don't try to keep sining IT HURTS OUR EARS!!
