I'm not sure if my condition is serious. When I was in primary school, I can't even run a 100 metre race track but now after so many years, I'm able to circle a football field for 4/5 rounds. I think my condition is very mild compared to my grandparents who suffered the illness through their entire lives. Some may think it is all because of many medical breakthrough nowadays in combating asthma. Whats your condition?

mine is mild also, but my constant problem is my allergic rhinitis..medical breakthrough is partly the reason why many asthamtics have fewer attacks but it is also due to the person's activity. If he/she exercises regularly..(like you) attack may lessen and lesse as you progress. But the he/she should also mind the physical limitations or constraints involve, too much of hard or prolonged exercise might make your body stressed out..making you succeptable to attacks...
