What should I do?????

There are a point in your life when you have to decide which course of action to follow. For me I have never been able to decide that. I keep myself busy in varieties of activities, from my full time job, to administration of my websites, running my own blog and forums, then posting in paid forums like myLot, Betlik and Goldage, providing Private Coaching to the Engineering students, writing short stories, articles etc. etc. My days pass by like a rocket and I hardly get any time to think even what next should I do? Now I think I must choose anyone of the three major streams of my earnings: 1. Full time job, 2) Coaching and 3) Online Earnings. But can't decide which one to stop as I love to do all these equally. But can't manage the time anymore. Can you suggest?

I think that we should take a time off from our busy lives and think about things. We should evaluate ourselves. Forget about our jobs, forget about being a son/daughter, a friend, a sister, etc. We should take the time to be ourselves and think about nothing else. We sometimes need to clear our minds from all the clutter that have been piling up. We would probably come up with good decisions if we stay focused.
