I have a son in group home and today I was talking to him over the phone the staff interrup are coversation because we was talking in spanish he call another staff to listening to our conversation the staff was mad because he could understand what were talking about I wantto know if the staff can do that, because when I ask him where in the gruop have rules saying tha we can not speak spanish he could answer that,can you tell me what can I do to help my son

If you are not happy, then you should get him out of the group home. Or is here there because he was sent by the court? Either way, I would not be mad about it, he is there for a reason, the staff member probably needed to know what was being said for their own protection. I think you can help your son more, by letting the staff do their job and discipline him, and hold him accountable for his action's. And please don't throw the race card into this situation, I am Mexican and speak spanish. Give your son a chance, let him learn to live under tougher supervision. We would not want him to become a statistic. Good luck to you and your son
