can we earn form paid mails program / myLot

I have come accross many of the sites which offer to pay for just reading the mails .Is there any truth attached to it.i mean to say that is there anyone here who have actually got paid through it.if yes then please lemme know about it

Don't believe them it's scam. Even i have joined but i don't think they might pay us. They have payout of very large amount which we can achieve after several months. I think better switch off it.
