I nees to change my VoIP

For those who don't know what VoIP is, it's Voice Over Internet Provider, or in other words using your computer to make calls. I had Sunrocket but had to cancel when I moved because of their E911 policy as it was not at my new address. I switched to Vonage. It started out at $24.95 and has gone up 3 times in 3 mths. I googled other VoIP's and what they were offering weren't attractive as Sunrocket. Can someone recommend me another VoIP that has features that SunRocket has as well as being reliable in making and receiving calls as I need this for business. Vonage is out and so is Skype. I live in the USA. Thanks for your input
