9/11 Where were you?

Since September 11th, alot has changed in America. Personally being from NY I've seen a big chunk of that change. I witness those events and they changed my life forever, I had family actually there, none were harmed (thank god) but that was the darkest day in America. Where were you when it happened and what was your reaction. I was 15 years old in 2001 and that day I skipped school to go to the dentist, but before I left the house my mom flipped on CNN and we saw what was taking place. I have never witnessed anything that demeaning and horrible in my life, it was dawning on me that what I was seeing was really damaging and something that was going to be in the history books. I watched it all day and just couldnt believe it I was seeing such a disaster unfold so quickly in a matter of a couple of hours it went from being a typical day to the worst those people ever lived.
