EVERY morning i drink milk since i 12 years old, well after 20 year i still drink milk every morning,good for health and body alwys fit.

Take good care of your heart. - its very precious

i drink milk very rarely. my parents and their parents had heart problems and the doctors say heart complaints are mostly influenced by hereditary factor. if milk is taken, the chances for heart problems get increased. thats why i avoid milk.

I woul say... I love to drink milk and to have milk products earlier till teen age and now I do not have them regularly.

I usually drink milk every morning before I go to school. I don`t drink milk before sleeping. Besides milk, I don`t drink anything before sleeping either.
