Whever should I buy a notebook PC?

I want to buy a PC. But my parent is strict.Thy don't want to buy a PC to me because of the money and the other. My sister will also go to the collage.So there are a lot of money should be spend,so the lack of money is the big reason.The other is that I 'm likely to give up study if I have a PC. Thy think I'm likely use the PC as a mchine which can used to play games.I don't think I'm the men who haven't selfcontrol ability.I think I can get balance from study and PC.I realy want to have a PC! WHO can give me some advice? THANK YOU !!

try to earn one by yourself! you can earn some free money from here, and also at goldage, then try to use the money you earned to spend to some more profitable programs. notebook is much cheap now, you can do it! good luck!

we can ear money from here? some minutes age i surprise to see i have earned an income of 0.01 dollar. it's rally given to me? how can i get it and get more? i'm not living in America.

you should ask yourself first why you want to or have to own a computer. don't avert you wouldn't play games:). i have never heard any of my friends who has a computer dosen't play game. to a certain extent,PC is similar to television, which wastes much of your time.
