you can rate the buyer and the seller by giving a feedback..there are two kinds of feedback you can use in rating the buyer and the seller...1 is the positive feedback, where the buyer/seller have a good deal with you of no hassle in dealing with them..the second is the negative feedback..if you got bad dealing with buyer/seller you can post you feedback there..after that, it will automatically compute the rate for the buyer/seller..

I see, so you can rate the seller/buyer anytime you like? how can you identify the seller/buyer if he/she is trustworthy? from ratings?

just be diligent when dealing with people with no feedbacks coz some are just plain scammers, but there are still a lot of straight good guys that really just want to sell/buy some stuff. so sometimes its just the luck of the draw. dont always get so giddy when you see something very cheap coz there might be something to it. happy TPCing to all.
