India & Pakistan, Australia & England and Australia & Nzland. Its a different game when India and Pak playing against each other or australia is playing against england. How many of you think that rivalry plays an important role in the game of cricket.

It is always good to see these teams clash. But i want to make a point we should support our home team no doubt but we should also have the heart to accept the better playing team be it any.

I agree with you. When we won the Ashes last year it was so exciting after so many years of defeat. However to loose again in such an embarrassing way this year was horrible. I went through so many emotions it was stressful. I am not even that patriotic, but when England play the Aussies I am. I love One Day cricket as well, as I find it so exciting. I thought England was going to finally beat the Aussies but alas it did not happen. I am so looking forward to the World Cup. I bet its going to be exciting.

I agree with you, it is like a real battle but in a different way, I can prove it, I have seen many ppl that dont like cricket, and they dont watch pakistani matches, but when pakistan plays against india, they all forget their likings/dislikings of the game and enjoy it thoroughly ! I think same would be the case with australia-england-newzealand
