I've found the Discovery Net has some very interest shows. In perticulair I've enjoyed watching the "How it's Made" series. Quite often we never consider what goings into making things or products.

I know what you mean. I like the show (don't know what network it's on off hand) 'Unwrapped'...They show how they make all sorts of candies and sweets. I learned the other nite that, bonbons initially and still does mean, 'very good'; but we have associated it now with cream centered candies. My son, CJ even like watching it at times. I also learned that the flavor, strawberry, is the most popular flavor around.

Thought the one on "Tooties Pops" was great, I had no idea that much when to making them and didn't realize how many years they have been made.

I saw this one time at a friends place it was very interesting, no sometimes we take a lot for granted and we really have no idea how some things are made, some think they are just there, I wish I had that on my telly I would watch it to.

We watch the program quite often. It is usually when my husband is channel surfing and happens upon it. The programs are very interesting and filled with a lot of information. I love those types of programs.

I also really love it. Also I would suggest you makezine website (www.makezine.com). You would find ample ideas about how you can yourself create things.
