when do you feel relaxed?

I feel most relaxed when I do a good exercise workout and then about thirty minutes in my sauna. I feel like a new person.

I feel relaxed when i am infront of my computer especially when i am hooked on to mylot site as time just flies past reading and posting discussions. And when there is your favourite music is playing in the background it feels nice.

I feel relaxed when I'm watching my children play, or when talking to my wife. Being in front of the computer is also relaxing for me.
