Hey there, I have noticed that many young adults either out of high school or college are having a difficult time finding jobs. What sites would you recommend as the best job search sites? Have you had any success with them? What strategies do you use while job hunting?

The best one that I have found is Monster.com
You can register with them, post your resume, search the job banks, and there are tons of resources and links related to every aspect of the job search from writing resumes and cover letters, preparing for interviews, writing thank you letters for interviews and following up after an interview, to starting a new job. They even have "virtual interviews" with random interview questions and answers explained to help you prepare.
