Ragging: Bad and Good, your experiences been part of it

Have been the victim of the ragging , have you ever been part of ragging new students. What the bad and good of this ragging. How do u want it to be, or you just want to stop it. Your thoughts ragarding this topic.

I'm guessing ragging is like hazing. I think hazing/ragging is not so good. I mean some students actually get seriously hurt during one of these things. When I started college I was not a part of anything like that nor was anyone else. We didn't do that at my college.
