beans are good for the wight concieous person. so please use beans in ur deits cos these are good for the health.

I love beans, especially with rice, in stews, in burritos, and with macaroni. They're delicious and healthy. They have lots of fiber and protein and vitamins.

I love them but my gf really hates beans, so it's hard for me to eat them that often.

Green beans are low in calories and are very good for you. Other types of beans such as chili beans or lima beans are high in protein and fiber but are also high in calories. A person who is trying to lose weight should be aware of portion control when consuming different types of beans.
