home remedy to feel hot in cold season?

hey friends, am feeling very cold this winter. can you suggest any home remedy, food, oil, drink or anything that can help me feel warm? am finding it difficult to sleep even beneath my thick blanket - feeling soooo cold!

Whenever I need to warm up, I make myself some hot chocolate or a nice bowl of chicken soup. You could also try a ceramic space heater next to you (don't forget to turn it off once you warm up)!
