i keep getting a message that the site is being updated when i try to read a dec

i can log it and read a decusion or 2 and then i start getting the message that the site is being updated. is anyone else havig this problem or is it just me. it started yesterday but in is getting worse.

I had this happen yesterday once or twice and a friend of mine said she had the same problem . I haven't seen it yet today . I thought this was just standard for this site as I only started 4 days ago .
