Have you ever got a ticket for speeding up?

I don't drive anymore, but the couple decades that I did, I got one speeding ticket. I worked the graveyard shift as a security guard, starting at midnght, and I was going the speed limit, 55 MPH (it was late 70's) through Salinas, California. I was all alone on the dark freeway, when I noticed headlights coming from far away, getting closer to me. Speeders are common here in the US, I figured it will just pass me. But no, the headlights got behind me, and stayed there. I slowed down slightly, and they continued to stay there, not passing me. Minutes passed, driving under the speed limit, this car that was obviously speeding, and now not passing. The other lane was free and clear, no other car was on the road. I floored it. I got off, it continued to follow me into a lighted area ... ... and it was a police car. Yeah, now I know I could have fought that ticket ...

i have beendriving for 11 years now and in those 11 years i had 3 speeding tickets, in the last 6 years i have not had any, so i look at it as i was young and carless and now i am just more careful not to get caught...hehehe

yes i got one and when i was speeding i took the mirror of another car and that man had gone to police :D
