Discussion posting.

Several occassions today i have posted new discussions. The number next to my login name has dropped several digits after making the postings. Why is it doing that and has this ever happened to some one.

it is because your post may be deleted.if any discussion is against the rules of mylot it may be getting deleted and hence your post to that discussion also.so there is variation in the rating.dont answer to discussions pertaining to poll,games or one word as there are lot of chances for deletion.
