For the month of december all i got was five hours of sleep and i couldn't focus at all during the day i was a reck my body was forcing me to go to sleep. It was hard for me even to drive or do anything. This has lead me to ask what would happen to you if you deprive yourself of sleep for too long?

Wait, you only got 5 hours of sleep entierly for the month??? o_O I think that would kill a person. Surely it must have been more. Why were you having so much trouble sleeping?

well ofcourse as you said it yourself it is very important, because its your body's neccesity, one cant do anything well and prolonged lack of sleep can cause permanent health and mental problems. And i can tell from experience that lack of sleep realy ruins your health for sure

Sleep has been always been a dark and mysterious part of our nature. Most adults sleep 7 to 8 h per night, although the timing, duration, and internal structure of sleep vary among healthy individuals and as a function of age. Yes, sleep is important. Have a nice day on mylot and happy earnings also.

i think sleeping is an activith which should not be disturbed since it causes large stress to ur mind and also ur shedule also gets disturbed. so i recomend every person to take full eight hour sleep just like this....
